What is the recommended minimum distance between mooring lines and any other line in water?

Mooring lines should be connected 2.5 meters (equal to 1/2 frame spacing) apart at the fairlead. The spacing between shackles for the top chain/wire connection is greater than the 3 meters requirement. It will have a cost increase due to additional structural reinforcement.
