Based on historical data of existing operations and the future operability predictions, the followings should be assumed:

  • A partial Shut-down (less than 2 hour duration) to occur every 1-1.5 months.
  • Full shut-down (less than 8 hours duration) to occur once every 6 months.
  • Full shutdown lasting longer than 8 hours duration to occur once every 1.5 years.
