What can we do when there is "Change of Law" in a particular country after the signing of contract?

Owner Company should compensate Contractor for all cost and expenses which arise out of any new laws or amendment to or change of interpretation of any existing laws after the signing of Contract.

EPC may need to indicate "after the signing of Contract" clause to protect them from things such as "tax increase" whether or not EPC submitting inclusive price for bid.

The attached service contract can be considered as an example when drafting the service contract between the two entities.

I believe it is dependent upon each company's requirements. There is example that I encountered was the Service Company is responsible for paying all taxes. See attached example.
