Is it typical to require Helium leak test for sour service compressors?

It is NOT typical to include helium leak test for any of the compressors. IP and HP compressors should be leak tested per API 617 Chapter 2, Section 4.3.2.2 only. Maintaining the requirement will have a negative schedule impact.
