Fugitive Emissions are by essence low emission and not easily possible to quantify or monitor at field location. Therefore, fugitive source emissions such as:

  • valves
  • pump and compressor
  • seals, flanges, connectors, packings, cold vents
  • tank breathing
  • leaking tubing, open‐ended lines
  • hydrocarbon loading/unloading
  • pipelines and other fugitive sources associated with the operation of the facilities

will not be maintained or updated by the FPSO Contractor.

I also want to add that FPSO Contractor reports only offshore environmental data.
