Is FPSO Contractor required to install appurtenances during Offshore Installation and Commissioning?

Is FPSO Contractor required to install appurtenances to enable FPSO operation including deep well caissons, offloading hoses, etc. during Offshore Installation and Commissioning?

FPSO Contractor typically proposes only offshore installation of the seawater lift hoses. All other FPSO appurtencances will be pre‐installed onshore.
