Is conversion of spread moored FPSO to turret (internal/ external) moored FPSO possible at reasonable costs? Also, as a thumb rule (if any) to what extent the storage and processing capacities of an FPSO can be increased beyond its existing capacities? Thanks in advance for the answer.

I could not give a clear answer since no clear idea on "reasonable cost". But I can see a huge cost increase based on some past works from someone I know. For storage capacity, internal turret is always less then external turret and less than spread moored.
