  • Ship collison
  • Occupational and Health harzard
  • High pressure systems
  • Pipeline leakage
  • Transporting operations
  • Unforseen weather conditions
  • Crane and lifting operations
  • Working at an elevated height
  • Structure failure
  • Limited routes of escape and evacuation
