How would one describe the Flare Header and Flare Stack?

Flare Header: The line from the pressure relief valves or vapor depressuring valves to the flare knockout drum and from the knockout drum to the flare stack.

Flare Stack: A pipe that transfers discharged vapor from the flare header to a safe, elevated location for burning at a flare tip.
