Your responsibilities

  • Providing remote or on-site technical support for customers.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
  • Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners.
  • Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs.
  • Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

Your background

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, working as Service Technician Engineer (or Entry level).
  • PLC's, reading of electrical diagrams, simulation software such as roboestudio.
  • Industrial communication protocols ethernet IP or Profinet, Interbus.
  • Knowledge of PLC’s.
  • Ability to travel to domestic sites.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics or Robotics, mechanical, electrical.
  • English advanced / Portuguese (Plus).
