Your main missions will be:

  • Manage the quality aspects of allocated portfolio of the suppliers
  • Identify supplier improvement initiatives/projects and lead the projects with support of interdisciplinary team
  • Develop plans for execution of Supplier Development Projects
  • Identify and analyze internal and external problems/processes for root causes
  • Conduct Process Verifications, QMS audits, HSE assessments, product and process inspections at the supplier’s premises
  • Perform supplier trainings to ensure understanding of TechnipFMC requirements and processes
  • Control sustainability of improvements through monitoring of suppliers KPIs
  • Perform periodical follow-up and verification of Corrective Action Reports from suppliers
  • Communicate internally on supplier performance

Entry qualifications :

  • BS / MS in engineering/technical or equivalent recognition in a technical or quality field
  • Experience with and knowledge of industry/regulatory standards, customer requirements will be highly appreciated
  • Fundamental understanding of foundational quality principles such as Deming, Juran, and Crosby
  • You are known for your interpersonal skills, presentation/communication skills, and the ability to perform training.
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours and mobile geographically (position is on a call of basis)
  • Ability to perform continuous improvement to includes RCA/Corrective Action and Risk Analysis/Preventive Action
  • A professional level of English is required
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience will be an advantage
  • Valves manufacturing, NDE, welding, machining, forging experience will be an advantage
  • You are versatile, autonomous and have problem solving skills
  • You have a valid passport and a valid driver’s license car
