Your tasks

  • Sales responsibility for an assigned market and area (India, Eastern Europe)
  • Explore the market for new business opportunities and acquisition of new customers
  • Prepare customer presentations about crystallization products and specific applications
  • In cooperation with process engineers develop technical solutions and plant concepts for our customers
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals including price calculation
  • Present and negotiate commercial and technical proposals with our customers
  • Cooperation withour test center in Switzerland for planning of tests and evaluation of results
  • Follow market trends, customers and competitors and propose actions when required
  • Project team work with process engineers, project managers and product specialists
  • Participation in fares and symposia
  • Ensure smooth cooperation with front-end sales in other locations, contribute actively to exchange of knowledge between our international locations

Your profile

  • Chemical or mechanical engineer with university degree and some years of experience as Sales in the industry
  • Fair knowledge of thermal separation processes, particularly knowledge of crystallization technology would be an asset
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and to close contracts successfully
  • Engaged business person with excellent communication and negotiation skills with influencing capabilities
  • Team and customer oriented, open for changes and new requirements
  • Integrity, credibility and ability to collaborate within a multicultural organization
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
  • International travel requirements: 20-35%
