Your responsibilities

  • Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
  • Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions
  • Control systems reportability analysis
  • Remote customer service ("after-sales")
  • Participation in control systems development projects
  • Development of control logic
  • Analysis of control philosophies
  • Technical control of projects (lead, plan, control)
  • Preparation and review of documents (plans, work procedures, risk matrices, technical specifications, manuals)
  • Reporting of training courses for clients
  • Participation in internal and external coordination meetings

Your background

  • A bachelor’s degree in Electronic Civil Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Automation Engineering.
  • More than 4 years of experience in mining field, working as Service Engineer, Field Engineer, or related with control systems.
  • Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of insert specific product and industry/sector.
  • Knowledge of programming libraries in control systems and/or PLC, virtualization software, communication protocols (TCP / IP, OPC, profibus, fieldbus, hart), industrial automation, industrial networks, security processes.
  • Ability to travel.
  • intermediate level of English
  • Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
