Major Responsibilities

  • Enhance competency for maintaining the refinery to achieve desired safety performance, process performance, efficiency, reliability and integrity KPIs of corporate and REF, and overall performance toward 1st quartile of international benchmarking
  • Ensuring the Refinery asset always compliance with prescribed regulation, legal, Operational Excellent, Management System, Process Safety Management, Energy Management System and Best Practice
  • Provide technical and engineering support, advice, troubleshoot to Refinery; to achieve safety performance, process performance, efficiency, reliability and integrity KPIs of corporate and REF, and overall performance toward 1st quartile of international benchmarking
  • Provide technical assistance for investigation of physical asset incident to identify root cause and advise to prevent repeated incident occurs
  • Conduct and Implement ORMS, and obtain Plant Reliability historical data, to processing and define bad actor then provide mitigation, improvement plan and execute.
  • Obtain refinery asset reliability historical and statistical data, tocoordinate refinery benchmarking activity within PTT Group, PTTGC and International Benchmarking – Solomon Associate
  • Maintain Asset Management System for the Refinery

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years relevant experiences in Asset reliability, Electrical Engineering or Maintenance in Petroleum Refineryand/or Petrochemical Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineer or equivalent
