Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary technical resource & customer support for various project and service contract sites
  • Programming of controllers used in our solution offerings
  • Review drawings and design of network infrastructure
  • Installation/review of control system logic in controllers
  • Testing & commissioning of software and applications
  • Provide Technical & Product support to internal & external customers
  • Consultation regarding application of Honeywell’s products and technologies
  • Review and appraise specifications of projects
  • Provide technical support data for the Contracts, Sales, Project and Service teams and help negotiate technical issues at customer level

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Service/Technical Support experience in Controls/Process Automation or related
  • Knowledge of Automation/Control systems within buildings (HVAC/Fire/Security)
  • Background in PLC and/or HMI based programming preferred
