• Perform research, queries, and retrieval of data from multiple ORACLE and/or NoSQL disparate databases containing all possible data types, using advanced Excel techniques when applicable.
  • Perform Linux administration and scripting and data modeling.
  • Use structured query language (SQL)/NoSQL.
  • Accurately represent customer requirements, i.e. gather and interpret relevant data and information, using excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Read, create, and maintain data mapping documentation; investigate data quality issues.
  • Translate business rules into technical requirements.
  • Perform extract, transform, and load (ETL) tasks.
  • Generate complex reports for senior management in a variety of formats.
  • Maintain integrity and content of complex databases.
  • Performs process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools, such as Integrated Computer-Aided Software Engineering tools.
  • Apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents.
  • Provide guidance in software engineering techniques and automated support tools.
  • Participate as an effective Scrum team member focusing on quality of product and supporting multiple custom enterprise applications delivered by multiple application development teams.
  • Attend daily Scrum meetings to discuss daily sprint activities and objectives.



  • Must be able to demonstrate working in a 24/7 operational environment and working on call rotation.
  • Must be able to demonstrate working in an operational environment where priorities change frequently.
  • Must have Certified MarkLogic Developer OR obtain certification within first three months of contract OR have equivalent NoSQL Certification(s).
  • Minimum Education:
  • Master’s, Bachelor’s and/or Associate degrees are preferred.
  • Exceptions may be made as follows:
  • Master’s degree with two years of relevant experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience; OR
  • Associate’s degree with six years of relevant experience; OR
  • Eight years of relevant experience, unless otherwise noted.
