Missions and Responsibilities

The mission is - Plans & implements the annual maintenance activities safely according to the required tasks frequency, operation schedule and stoppage durations - Ensures compliance with all applied ISO standards - Work closely with the warehouse responsibilities to fulfill maintenance needs by reviewing and updating the mechanical spare parts availability. - Defines & orders all required spare parts - Performs annual visits to customers in order to check quality of conducted maintenance - Analyzes with maintenance manager the incidents, maintenance requests numbers, cost saving, leads gap analysis & preventive Maintenance plan - Engages in customer awareness campaigns through arranging visits to customers in order to enhance their well understanding of our products - Supervise the maintenance team, their objectives & performance - Provides on-job trainings for subordinates & follow up their qualifications - Participates in annual budgeting setting ,petty cash & monthly colasing

Competencies and Profile

- Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering - Experience of 5 to 7 years in maintenance and installations - Knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance - Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies. - Strong understanding of Safety procedures. - Excellent communication & analysis skills - Customer oriented - Cairo resident
