Responsibility for provision of technical support to customers, sales and service centers.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  1. Provide technical support to service centers, including recommendations for repair and Retrofit, and level 1 root cause failure analysis based on inspection report
  2. Provide technical support to customer and Front end team
  3. Conduct level 2 root cause failure analysis by reviewing site data provided by customer and prepare report with result of analysis and recommendations
  4. Liaise with other LE engineering when additional information are required on equipment
  5. Liaise with Retrofit specialist and Advance engineer when Retrofit opportunity is identified
  6. Conduct internal and external customer trainings on pump operation, design and troubleshooting
  7. Responsible for driving reduction of bad actors for LTSA contracts in area of responsibility that include Performance agreement
  8. Conduct level 3 root cause failure analysis and performance assessment by taking measurement on equipment at site with vibration analyzer, ultra-sonic flow meter, thermodynamic method, …
  9. Participate in and actively support company initiatives that support growth

  11. Be familiar with the environmental aspects and impacts of the activities and processes involved in the role and the procedures, practices and measures to manage the impact.

  • HNC/Equivalent in Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering
