DUTIES:

  • Provide engineering support to the engineering organization.
  • Design electrical hardware using AutoCad and Teamcenter.
  • Write software using PLC software development tools.
  • Assist Field Service and manufacturing with troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
  • Perform technical review and direction of designers and drafters for project design and documentation development.
  • Troubleshoot, research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer technical issues.
  • Set and manage expectations with high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and recommend design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
  • Develop, execute, track, and communicate quoting activities for the product line.
  • Use knowledge of international Onshore and Offshore experience; Oil & Gas standards including API, DNV, NORSOK, and ABS; and Electrical, Mechanical and Automation Commissioning and Factory Acceptance Testing.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience troubleshooting, researching, diagnosing, and identifying solutions to resolve customer technical issues; setting and managing expectations with high level of customer satisfaction; international Onshore and Offshore experience; Oil & Gas standards including API, DNV, NORSOK, and ABS; Electrical, Mechanical and Automation Commissioning and factory acceptance testing; evaluating and recommending design changes, specifications, and drawing releases; and developing, executing, tracking, and communicating quoting activities for the product line.
