Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with estimation and business analysis for the incoming requests for proposal (RFP's)
  • Review approved contracts, applicable technical and commercial specifications.
  • Should be willing to have Technical discussions with clients, consultants and any other concerned third party
  • Will involve travelling to Client’s location ( office/Site) for meetings as and when required by Sales Manager.
  • Should have sound Flow control knowledge and application experience.
  • Should have sound knowledge of API 6A and similar standards.
  • Should have experience with clients in the MENA & India region.
  • Interface with Engineering group to achieve optimized solutions for Clients.
  • Report to the Sales Manager on regular basis as to progress of status of proposals.
  • Bi-weekly report to be submitted for Existing orders and high potential upcoming projects
  • Utilize Company's resources to the best possible manner to achieve Product line goals.
  • Monitor client issues or complaints in coordination with Concerned Manager and QA/QC department.
  • Participate in Management review meeting when requested.
  • Participate in Audit activities
  • Following all sales procedures strictly as per NOV policies and work ethics.
  • Shall step-in to fulfill client project requests as required by Sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Mechatronics
  • 5 years Oil and Gas Experience (Preferable: Choke valve, Control valve and actuators)
  • Shall have Good communication skills (Reading, writing and speaking) and shall be well conversant in English
  • UAE driving license
  • Shall have worked previously with Valve sizing software.
  • Exposure to Project management, Purchase, QA/QC work also recommended.
  • Shall Possess basic MS Office skills.
  • Shall be skilled in problem solving techniques.
  • Shall have Negotiation/ Delegation/ Planning skills.
  • Shall be Goal Oriented with good Customer Focus.
